In this section, we will answer the most frequently asked questions about the delivery of Sistemas24H orders.

What do I need to consider when shipping?

We do shipments throughout the Iberian Peninsula, including Portugal. Shipping costs vary between 8,45 and 15 euros, depending on the category of the product. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

These costs are not part of the price of the products and will be charged separately (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping costs

To calculate the shipping cost of your order, first, you must add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product you choose.

Delivery Deadlines

Delivery times will vary depending on the article and colour chosen. Please check each product's information for its estimated delivery time.

Delivery of orders

Your order will be shipped from Monday to Friday (on working days). When it is collected from our warehouse, the transport will take a maximum of 48 hours to deliver it to you.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

To check the status of your order, you must go to the My Account section of Sistemas24H. From there, you will be able to access your order record.

If the word "Shipped" appears, it means that you will soon receive it at home. When your item leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email.
