It looks like a traditional curtain but in reality, when we get to know its characteristics, we realise that it is a special curtain with an avant-garde and attractive design. It is made of PVC, a very resistant material thanks to certain properties applied in the manufacturing process.
Use of this type of curtain
They are used as protection for doors and windows of kitchens, sheds, terraces, patios and rooms facing the street, in order to act as a shield against light, UV rays, flies, wasps, mosquitoes, etc. Another use is that acts as a door in living rooms or rooms without doors.
How to measure
If it goes between walls
For the WIDTH we shall measure the gap between walls and deduct 1 cm to allow clearance for installation. It can be installed on the ceiling or frontally to the door.
The HIGH will be the total size of the opening, it must be taken into account that this size already includes the upright of the curtain. If the curtain is a little long, it can be cut very easily.
Outside the hole
We will measure the WIDTH inside between walls and add 10 cms, We distribute 5 cm on each side to ensure that no insects enter from the sides. Installation would only be from the front.
The HIGH would be the size of the hole plus 5 cms of the upright, that would be the measure to put on the web. We can also give more height to the taste of each one.
Note: This curtain can be simply cut out.
Finishes
This canutillo has a very different and particular finish to the rest. Marbled has 4 colours to choose from.
Protection and resistance
Manufactured with high quality metal hooks, it has an optimum performance against atmospheric agents due to the anodising process that ensures this important characteristic for its resistance and extends the useful life of the curtain. Therefore, this curtain is an excellent measure to protect the doors and windows of our home.
On the other hand, the canutillo has an antioxidant protection that cancels the damages caused by different factors such as: loss or change of colour, decrease of resistance, breakage, etc., which would inevitably alter the properties and characteristics of this curtain.

Cleanliness is a aspect that we must not forget, just as we maintain our windows, we should do the same with our curtains.
When you purchase your curtain, you can ask for information about the products you can use for its correct maintenance and the recommended frequency of maintenance.
