These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, we inform consumers that, as a member entity and under the terms of the Code of Ethics, users may turn to Confianza Online for the alternative resolution of any disputes (https://www.confianzaonline.es/consumidores/como-reclamar/formulario-reclamaciones/).

If the complaints concern electronic transactions with consumers, or data protection when related to this area, the complaints shall be resolved by the Mediation Committee of Confianza Online, accredited for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes. If the complaints concern digital advertising, or data protection related to this area, they shall be submitted to the AUTOCONTROL Advertising Jury.

Delivery deadlines

All our products are made to measure and may have a variable delivery time depending on colour, units and material availability at the time.
  • Roller, sliding and fixed mosquito nets (All finishes) Delivery within 24h/48h up to 10 working days.

  • Pleated, side and folding door screens (All standard finishes). Delivery time from 3 to 10 working days.

  • Aluminium blinds (All finishes) Delivery within 24h/48h to 5 working days.

  • PVC blinds (All finishes) Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Sun control (All products and colours) Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Profiles. Delivery time according to colour availability.

  • Accessories and spare parts Delivery within 24h/48h.

  • (Manufacturing and shipping deadlines unless stock is out of stock).
All delivery times summarised here are shown on the corresponding product sheet. And in all cases, we will always try to deliver your order in the shortest possible time if the material is available in the chosen colour.

Toutes les commandes sont livrées par une agence de transport, qui livre en fonction du poids et de la destination à partir de la date d'enlèvement de la commande dans notre atelier. Livraison du lundi au vendredi, les jours ouvrables, once collected from our warehouses, the transport will take a maximum of 48 to 72 hours to deliver it to its destination.

Shipping costs are between 5 and 60 euros depending on the category of the product for the whole peninsula and Portugal, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and to Portugal islands.

These costs are not included in the price of the items and will be charged separately (unless otherwise stated).

To calculate the shipping price you must add the products to the shopping cart.

The transport and delivery service will always be carried out at street level, and under no circumstances does it include bringing the goods up to the home or assembling the products that require it.

Transport damage

If, upon receipt of your order, you find that the item you have purchased has been damaged during transport, we will collect and replace the damaged product with a new one as soon as possible., in order to carry it out, it is very important that you inform us during the 24 hours after the delivery date.

Carefully check the goods delivered. Any anomaly, damage or breakage that you detect due to incorrect handling should be noted on the transport agency's delivery note. If you are unable to do so due to a very large order or for any other reason, note on the delivery note "TO BE REVIEWED".. These simple instructions will allow us to claim against the agency in case of breakage or damage.

Extract from the Commercial Code Law Article 366:

"Within the twenty-four hours following the receipt of the goods, a claim may be made against the carrier for damage or damage found in them on opening the packages, provided that the signs of the damage or damage giving rise to the claim are not visible on the outside of the packages, in which case the claim will only be admitted at the time of receipt. Once the aforementioned terms have elapsed, or the carriage paid, no claim shall be admissible against the carrier regarding the condition in which he delivered the goods carried".


According to the Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, the law of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws states that the right of withdrawal shall not be applicable to contracts that refer to the points of law explicitly detailed below:

(c) the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised.

(f) the supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods.

In accordance with this law, we will not accept returns of articles due to "wrong measurement or wrong choice" except for error on the part of SISTEMAS24H.COM

In the event of cancellation or refund in respect of the standard items, which have not been specifically manufactured under unique and particular characteristics may be returned within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

In such cases and after prior notice and acceptance of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded in the same form of payment in which the order was placed, unless the customer/consumer specifies another way of refunding the amount, which does not involve in any case an additional cost as a result of such reimbursement.

The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging and the customer/consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

In the event that the product is returned with different packaging or with any kind of damage, the refund will not be full.

However, in Sistemas24h we want to offer you the best service and that our shop fits your needs, so it will be very useful for us if you tell us the reason why you want to return the product.

Therefore, you must send us a letter with the reason for the return and send the product in its packaging, carriage paid, with a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

As mentioned above, it is necessary that the return is wrapped in paper, bag or similar to avoid deterioration of the same, transport agencies usually label the packages with identifying stickers that can not be removed later, if you want us to refund the amount of the purchase, the product will have to be in good condition.

We are not responsible for deliveries made through the "Servicio de Correos y Telégrafos", and we recommend all customers to send their parcels through a logistics or express transport company that will insure the goods.

Once we check that the product is complete and in perfect condition, we will refund you for those items, minus the shipping costs of the order.

Refunds will be made within approximately 2 to 3 working days from the time of receipt of the returned goods in our workshop.

All products that are not fully documented will result in a delay in the processing of returns.

Financing conditions:

  • When you apply for the loan you will be asked to make an initial down payment. The amount of your loan will be the amount of your basket minus the down payment. That is the amount we will finance in the number of instalments you choose. For example, a 6 month finance will involve 7 payments, one at the time the loan is granted and 6 payments in each of the 6 months following the purchase.

The warranty is for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery. Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, unsuitable voltage where applicable, misuse or tampering are not covered.

During the warranty period, we shall be responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent; and the consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

In case of defective product, Sistemas24h will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. All these steps will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

If the product proves to be in good working order, the customer shall bear the cost of the new shipment.
