You need adaptable profiles

There are times when we have no space to install a sliding insect screen in our house but, because of our needs, we wish to do so. For this reason, we have the Z profile for mosquito nets.

This profile is used to support both the top and the bottom of your mosquito net and to facilitate its installation; therefore, it is ideal for small spaces. The Z-profile is very easy to install and can be fitted quickly with a few screws or double-sided tape.

This mosquito net device is made of 100% aluminium material. In addition, we have available various colours: white, silver, bronze and matt black.

13 mm thick mats will be delivered already installed in the screen so that there is no gap between the screen and the window.

Like all our products, this insect screen is manufactured to proven standards of strength and durability for a long service life.

This model is sent assembled ready for you to place it in the place you have selected. If you want this insect screen in sizes larger than 1700mm, you should know that it will be necessary to place a central profile (pilaster).

The overall height of the screen will be greater than the height provided by the customer, this increase is required for the screen to function correctly (approx. +2.7 cm).

Installation

It is shipped fully assembled, you only have to insert it into the upper profile and put the wheels on the lower one.

To install this type of mosquito screen it will be necessary to have a space between the leaf and the profile where it runs of 3mm or that we can insert a 20 cent coin.

How to measure

Drive

You will be able to move your mosquito net sideways thanks to its lower wheels, which provide great durability and maximum smoothness in the mechanism.

The sliding insect screen has multifilament mats in the upper and lower segments, which produce a total seal to prevent the possible incursion of insects or rodents.

Adjustable Brackets

The adjustable brackets are suitable for variations of between 2 and 4 mm in our window. The adjustment is made at the bottom of the screen by removing the protective cover and turning a metal nut.

Resistance

Being composed of PVC and GLASS FIBRE at 63% and 37% respectively, it offers greater durability and strength against the inclemency of temperature changes and the passage of time. This is in accordance with the requirements of REACH (Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals).

We use aluminium of proven high quality and we only use QUALICOAT paints, which include a wide range of shades in their lacquers.

The lower castors and the very consistent fabric allow for constant daily use without any problems of tearing or fading.

Cleaning and maintenance

To clean your mosquito net, simply wipe it with soap and water and it will be impeccable. If you wish, you can include neutral detergent in the cleaning process of the aluminium frame.
